- Order Status
If you have ordered and not yet received, please
e-mail us. We can tell you if your Made-To-Order or Custom cane is still pending
creation. If it is an in-stock item, we'll tell you the shipping status, and e-mail you
the FedEx or Airborne tracking number.
- Warranty
If your cane isn't what you imagined when you
ordered it, and you are unhappy, send the darned
thing back !
If your cane becomes defective (the derby handle
loosens) in the first 90 days of usage, send the
darned thing back !
