Ordering

How To Order

We currently have two methods of ordering.  The fastest and easiest way is to use is the automated order form and fill in all the relevant information.

(since things are just starting, and the automated form isn't up yet set up yet, please send e-mail orders to;  Orders@StumblinStyle.com)  
As soon as you place an order for a specific cane, we will put that cane aside, on hold for you until a payment arrives.  

Minimum Order

We have a minimum order of $50 US.  We aren't some massive retail outfit, so our efficiency is attained by a minimum order size.  Usually you will be able to find enough to satisfy this requirement.  If you desperately need something special like a couple of feet, or an ice spike, please contract us.  We'll probably do it anyways, on an exception basis.

How To Pay

Paper Check via Snail Mail

Place your order on the website, and we put it in the queue as soon as received.  If you order something special, you have first dibs.  Then send your bank, money-order, or personal check to the address below.  (see Where To Pay)

Paypal

There is a on-line system called PayPal which will accept on-line payments.  Paypal payments clear immediately, so shipping is usually same or next day.  This is a typical system used by on-line small businesses, and frequently on larger auction sites such as EBay.

Credit Cards Direct

We are not currently set up to directly accept credit cards.  As a start-up business, lots of the doors are firmly closed to us.  And to be honest, the fees and per transaction charges are enough to drive the cost of merchandise up.   Be patient, it's just a start-up thing, when we achieve world domination we promise to take credit cards .

Security and Privacy Concerns

We don't have a secure SSL server set up at this time.   It's easy to do, but the fees, in addition to credit card processing costs, make it unreasonable.

Financial Data Security

With the PayPal system, your personal financial data is never transmitted to Stumblintyle;  only the fact that payment has been made.

 

Privacy of Personal Data

The data which you provide is maintained solely for StumblingStyle order processing and accounting purposes.  We will not sell, rent, or gratuitously share your name with any other business. 

 

StumblinStyle E-Mail

We won't send you advertising on upcoming products or sales unless you tell us so via the Order or Information Request forms.

 

Shipping

Quite simply, Shipping is Free!  To be honest, it's just easier to just factor it in up front, and it's fairly predictable.  We Air ship via FedEx and Airborne.  We don't ground ship for the occasionally slightly lower costs.  We typically send 2- day Air or 3 Day Saver Air. for fast delivery at a good price.  We won't ship via UPS because they refuse to pickup orders, delay deliveries, and quite frankly, lose things too often.  The very last thing you want to happen to that special, one-of-a-kind cane.

Taxes

We don't pay taxes anywhere in the United States.   We'll sell anywhere else on the planet where we don't have to pay taxes and file all sorts of messy, time-consuming  paperwork.  Contact us for details on international shipments.  

Volume Discounts, Dealers, etc.

Please Contact Us if you want to place a volume order, want to purchase multiple canes for resale, make a group purchase, or some other strange arrangement.  We'll consider any possibilities you care to suggest.
