Irish Hand
Painted Canes
or....
Pictured to the left are the National
colors, accented by a four leaf clover. To the right, the fancier version includes
the symbolic meaning of each clover leaf.
Note that the clover is shaded for a
bit more character.
This image would be in the form of a
wraparound headband at the top of the shaft. The headband would extend roughly 9
inches down the shaft. It can be applied to either a Crook Neck or Derby handled
cane. (remember that Derby handles typically have a silver band. But I have
one, and only one, derby handle in white without a silver band.) The clover
would extend the 180 degrees of the front. The base cane colors are either a light
natural semi-gloss finished wood or gloss black.
Shown below is an alternative style.
The cane below is a one of a kind.
The slight modifications in future models
are:
no green jewel
The shamrocks may be re-arranged for one
larger top and bottom and one larger on the left and right side in the middle, all on a
single streamer stem.
top double stripe will surround the silver
band on derby handled canes
bottom stripe will be a double stripe
base cane colors are either light natural
wood, gloss black, or semi-gloss white
canes will be available in Crook Neck and
Derby handles
